FHC Network

The FHC Network was established to mobilize people to plant, revitalize, and replant churches while supporting pastors.

Ephesians 3:20-21 (ESV)

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Goals of the FHC Network

3-30 Vision

Church Revitalization—Develop and lead a cohort of pastors who are leaders of churches in need of Revitalization. Partner with the NAMB, SBC of Virginia, other State Conventions, and local associations to identify and connect with churches and pastors in need of revitalization. The goal would be to help revitalize 3 churches by 2030.

Church Replanting—Identify, train, and mentor pastors who are called to replant churches. Partner with the NAMB, SBC of Virginia, other State Conventions, and local associations to identify and connect with churches that are in a replant situation. The goal would be to replant 3 churches by 2030.

Church Planting—Identify, train, and mentor those called to church planting. Once a relationship is established with the church planter, Franklin Heights will work alongside him to plant a church. The goal would be to plant 3 churches by 2030.

Mentoring and Encouraging Pastors—Identify, mentor, and encourage pastors who are discouraged, burnt out, or just need encouragement.

OUR PARTNERS:

ELLIOT AND HILDUR JONES

  • Reykjavik, Iceland (currently) — Akureyri, Iceland (future)
  • After serving in Student Ministry at Reykjavik University, Elliot and Hildur believe God is sending them to plant a house church in Akureyri, Iceland. Also, they plan to open a boardgame café that will serve the community and help them integrate into it.
  • Pray for them as they train with Pioneers for their new season of mission in Iceland. Pray God will use the café as a place for Christians and non-Christians and develop lasting relationships.

BRIAN AND YOKO BROADDUS

  • West Fukuoka City, Japan
  • Pray for Brian and Yoko as they labor to plant a church in West Fukuoka where 99.9% of the people are lost.
  • Pray for a new effort in training their church members to establish gospel-centered missional home groups–that the members would catch the vision for hospitality, discipleship, and outreach.

RANDY AND SUE BOWERS

  • Cowley, Wyoming
  • As faithful members of Franklin Heights CrossPointe Campus, Randy and Susan were compelled by the Holy Spirit to live out the vision of being a SENT church and sell their home in Virginia and move to Cowley, Wyoming.
  • The Bowers provide support to Pastor Johannes and Mary Beth Slabbert as they grow a church plant, Water of Life, in Cowley. Pray for the church’s outreach efforts to local youth, specifically a youth rodeo held annually in their community.

ADMIN AND FIONA BOCSA

  • Biserica Harvest Arad in Romania
  • Franklin Heights Church partners with Fiona (worship leader and team coordinator) and Admin (Music Director) in training church planters and seeking opportunities to plant churches in Europe.
  • Pray for their relief work with Ukrainian refugees, evangelistic outreaches throughout Romania, and for their new role as parents to daughter Ana.

JORGE AND REBECA SANTIAGO

  • Comerio, Puerto Rico
  • In November 2012, after more than 10 years of drug addiction, Jorge was called to salvation and Jesus saved his life.
  • In February 2013, he was baptized in Alexandria, Virginia and began to grow in the faith and fell in love with the Word of God. A native of Comerio, Puerto Rico, Jorge began seeking God’s guidance for his life and returned to his hometown of Comerio where he and his wife Rebeca, along with their two children, Sebastian and Sofia, love and serve God through a church plant, One Church Comerio.
