Update: Camp is full and registration is now closed.
Genesis 1:27 says, “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.”
We serve a creative God, and we are made in His image! Therefore, we want to use our God-given creativity to worship Him through the arts!
Students who have completed grades 1-9 are invited to join us for the Franklin Heights Center for the Arts summer musical theatre camp! We will be rehearsing and performing the musical, The Bumble Beeatitudes, by Christy Semsen! This exciting musical is full of wit, humor, and packed with Truth from God’s Word! Each day at camp, students will be singing, acting, and learning fun choreography – all leading up to the performance on Friday, July 18 at 6pm!
All students MUST ATTEND both weeks of camp and the final performance, as it takes the entire team to make the production happen.
- Monday-Friday, July 7-11 from 9am-2pm each day
- Monday-Thursday, July 14-17 from 9am-2pm each day
- Friday, July 18 at 6pm | Performance
Musical Theatre Camp is completely free. Students should bring their own lunch to camp each day. Each student will receive a camp t-shirt!
All students who register for camp will be part of the show! This means they will act, sing, and learn fun choreography! In order to determine specific roles within the show, students will audition on Monday, April 28 from 6-8pm at the Rocky Mount Campus Choir Room. These auditions will be fun and low-pressure. We will be cheering them on to do their best!
