At Franklin Heights Church, we truly value senior adults.
Psalm 71:17-19 says, O God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds. So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come.”
Our senior adults faithfully worship and serve the Lord across all campuses. Additionally, each month, our senior adults enjoy a special time of fellowship together, called the J.O.Y. Club.

- J.O.Y. Club Luncheon Meetings – Held monthly on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the Family Life Center. You don’t want to miss these inspirational times of music, a Bible message, and a program geared towards a wide range of interests. Call the church office at 540-483-9507 to RSVP or sign up at one of our Rocky Mount Campus Welcome Desks.

- Excursions – We enjoy day trips as well as overnight trips to special destinations. Previous trips include Sight & Sound Theatre, The Ark Encounter, and the Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre.

- Quarterly Ministry Projects – Four times a year, we focus on financially supporting ministries that are making an impact in our community and around the world! We simply extend the opportunity for attendees to give towards these ministry projects. Previous ministries we have supported include WinShape Camp, Operation Christmas Child, and Gardening for God’s Children.
